Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via GLS, UPS, or DHL, depending on location.
  • Custom-made items take 2-3 weeks to be crafted before shipping.
  • Delivery times vary between 2 to 8 days.
    Urgent orders can be placed via WhatsApp (additional costs apply).
  • All prices on our website are in USD and do not include taxes or duties.
  • Once tracking information is provided and the package is handed to the courier, Mishel’s is no longer responsible for delays.
  • Clients must contact the courier for further details.
  • We aim to offer free worldwide shipping in the future.

Refund Policy

  • All products are handmade to order, so we do not accept returns unless there is a production defect.
  • If there is a defect, clients must send a photo of the issue via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Measurement errors by the client are not considered production defects.
  • Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately, and production begins.
  • If a cancellation is needed, clients must contact us as soon as possible for a refund.
  • A purchase confirmation email will be sent upon placing an order. Clients should check their spam folder to ensure they receive it.
  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours. After this period, all sales are final.
